restoration of prints:

Another example here shows how we've enhanced a rather small (just 4cm by 6cm) and faded print.

the original print...
the initial scan...
adjust the levels to add a little more depth...
remove some blemishes and also enhance some detail in the lower left hand corner before converting to a black and white image...

Some prints may be best left as a sepia version, but in this case we felt that the black and white image was more in keeping with the original...
